We’ve launched confidence scores to improve answer quality and streamline your workflow:

• Confidence Scores Display: When Quilt detects a potentially incorrect or incomplete answer, it now displays a confidence score and a warning.
• List View Sorting: You can now sort questions by confidence level, making it easy to prioritize low-confidence or unanswered questions.

We’ve made some improvements to the Questionnaire Assistant:

• Multiple-Choice Options: You can now define multiple-choice responses beyond just Yes/No! Check out the video for a quick guide.
• List View Sorting: Questions are now sorted by sheet in List View for better organization.

The List View is now the default for reviewing questionnaires, making it easier to manage and track progress. You can still toggle back to Sheet View when needed.

We’ve shipped a few useful updates to the Questionnaire Assistant:

• Reuse Formatting Across Sheets: When you upload a questionnaire, you can now save column settings and apply them to other sheets. Ideal for multi-sheet RFPs!

Header Customization: Based on your feedback, we’ve made the UI more customizable, allowing you to freeze headers or remove columns for a better view in Sheet View.

We’ve built a highly requested Focus View in the Questionnaire Assistant:

• View References for a Question: Easily see all references related to a specific question.
• Update References: Search and update references for individual questions.

Regenerate Responses: Regenerate responses on demand after adding new references.

We’ve rolled out a couple of updates to improve the Questionnaire Assistant:

• Link Sharing: You can now share specific sets of questions via a link. Check out the video for more details.

Improved Search & Answer Quality: We’ve made performance improvements to enhance answer quality and search functionality.

We’ve added more integrations and file support:

• Integrations: Connect your Box or Dropbox accounts—contact us to set this up.
• CSV Support: In addition to XLSX, XLSM, and XLS, CSV files are now supported for questionnaires.

Improved Search: Search functionality has been enhanced for better accuracy.

We’ve pushed an update to the Questionnaire Assistant:

• Toggle Between List & Sheet View: Easily switch between views to filter questions by approval, status, or ownership.

Bulk Actions: You can now perform bulk actions for question approvals, assignments, and comments.

We’ve added new ways to bring your knowledge into Quilt:

• Slack Sync: Pull in conversations from Slack channels for easier access to answers from your team.

OneDrive & SharePoint Sync: You can now autosync your knowledge from OneDrive and SharePoint, in addition to Notion and Confluence.

We’ve made a couple of important updates:

• Reference Display: Quilt now only shows the references used in an answer, rather than the top 6.

Notion Integration: The Notion integration has been revamped for automatic syncing and easier file selection.

Our new Confluence integration makes it easier to sync your files:

• File Selection: Select specific files to sync to Quilt.

Auto-sync: Files will automatically sync when changes are made.

We’ve introduced a new web chat view with an improved reference display. You can now view all six references on the sidebar without having to hover over them.

We’ve shipped a few UI enhancements to make navigation smoother:

• Cleaner Task Assignment: UI improvements for comments and discussions.
• Simplified Task Review: View assigned tasks in a table format for better organization.

Enhanced Notifications: Refined in-app notification view for a more streamlined experience.

Here are a few UI updates we’ve made:

• Simplified Filtering: A more intuitive filtering mechanism for knowledge items and source documents.
• Cell Assignment Visibility: Assigned user’s email now appears in the top right corner of the cell.

Group Settings: Streamlined group settings for easier navigation and better organization.

We’re making great progress with the tagging feature to help better organize your knowledge in Quilt. You can now tag and filter knowledge items, and we’re working on implementing this feature into the questionnaire answering process.

We’ve launched a Cell History feature to provide visibility into version history for questionnaires. This feature is perfect for collaborating on RFPs with Quilt.
